The Department of Health and Ageing provides us with funding and opportunity to delivery Community Visitation Services to isolated residents of Hostels and Nursing Homes in the Hobson's Bay Region. Our centre has a number of volunteers assisting individual isolated residents at least once hour per fortnight.

These isolated residents currently stay at St. George Hostel and Nursing Home, Marina Aged Care, Hobson's Bay Aged Care Facilities, Windrinham Hostel, Queens Road Aged Facilities in Altona, Western Private Nursing Home in Yarraville, St Bernard's Nursing Home and Cyril Yewell House in Keilor.
